Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you accept my insurance?
We're currently out of network with most insurers, and we'll let you know when this changes. In the meantime, third-party financing is available.
Is there an extra charge for coming to me?
A house-call fee applies based on distance and the number of patients. We quote it when you book, before anything is scheduled.
What if I need a root canal?
Most cases can be done. However, if we are unable to carry out the procedure, we'll explain your options, refer you to a trusted dentist or specialist, and send your records ahead so you don't repeat X-rays.
Can a family member or caregiver be there?
Yes. We encourage it, especially for patients with memory loss or limited mobility.
How do you keep instruments sterile on the road?
Instruments are sterilized in an autoclave, sealed in pouches, and opened in front of each patient. Single-use items are never reused.
Do you see children?
Yes, we see children of all ages. Kids can be seen in the same visit as the rest of the family.
